About Us
PREFERRED SHIPPER:
UPS is our preferred shipper. UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please specify a street address for shipping. For any shipments, requiring delivery to a P.O. Box, please call our office to make alternative shipping arrangements. For shipping to APO and FPO addresses, please email or contact our office.
ORDER TIMING:
Order shipping times are contingent upon product availability.
Orders placed before 3:00 pm PST may be processed and shipped as early as the SAME DAY Monday through Friday! Orders received after 3:00pm may be processed and shipped as early as the next business day! Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not counted when estimating shipping times. Please allow 3 weeks for delivery.
Orders for multiple items may be shipped in separate packages and/or depending on order size and product availability so that you can receive all available items as soon as possible.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS:
Products ship primarily from Duluth, GA. Large bulk orders will be shipped direct from manufacturer.
RETURN POLICY:
For any non-special ordered item returned UNUSED in original carton within 30 days of original purchase, We will promptly credit your account in the same manner you purchased the items. If an item is returned for a reason other than manufacturing defect, a 20% restocking charge may apply.
Custom battery pack assemblies cannot be returned unless the pack is assembled in error. A pack is assembled in error when the Exact Battery assemply does not match the sketches, templates or actual physical pack that is replaced. Items must be in original, re-sellable condition, in the original carton, unused.
Customer is responsible for all freight and return shipping charges on exchanged or replaced merchandise unless it was shipped in our error. Contact us for Return Merchandise Authorization number.
We are not responsible for manufacturer changes in product or specifications. We are not responsible for any property damage or personal injury caused by misuse of batteries.
No warranty is expressed or implied for any product used beyond manufacturers specifications. No warranty for any cells/batteries used in Radio Control applications as they are used beyond manufacture's specifications. We honor
all manufacturer warranties.
